Park Manor Health & Rehabilitation in Northport, AL is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) House Supervisor to lead the evening nursing operations and assist with resident admissions.

This full-time role blends hands-on clinical leadership with admissions duties, ensuring smooth transitions for new residents while supporting the nursing team during the 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM shift.

Qualifications

• Current Alabama RN license in good standing – REQUIRED.
• CPR/BLS certification current.
• Previous nursing experience required.
• Leadership experience preferred (Supervisor/Charge Nurse).
• Admissions and skilled nursing/post-acute care experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, leadership, communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight for evening nursing operations.
• Complete nursing assessments and required documentation for new admissions.
• Review admission records, physician orders, medications, and care needs.
• Coordinate new admissions with nursing staff and interdisciplinary team.
• Supervise and support RNs, LPNs, and CNAs throughout the facility.
• Conduct rounds and respond to changes in resident condition, staffing needs and emergencies.
• Communicate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Support accurate documentation, infection prevention, resident safety, and regulatory compliance.
