Mahaska Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Coordinate education and interdisciplinary activities per Mahaska Health Partnership standards.

The role is full-time with evenings 7pm–7am and a weekend package offering a 35% base pay increase. Requirements include Iowa RN licensure, BLS, and mandatory reporter training. Apply to join a dedicated nursing team.

Formación

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program and licensed as RN in Iowa.
• Current BLS certification per American Heart Association.
• Must complete Mandatory Reporter course within 6 months of start date.
• Adhere to licensure and regulatory standards.

Responsabilidades

• Gives skilled nursing care to assigned patients.
• Assess and document physical, psychological, spiritual, and social dimensions on admission.
• Establish treatment priorities based on medical and nursing diagnoses.
• Develop and modify interdisciplinary care plans with family involvement.
• Coordinate with physicians and teams to plan and implement care.
• Document nursing interventions and patient response; monitor status.
