Mahaska Health is seeking a Resource Registered Nurse to deliver patient care across Inpatient Services/Critical Care, Birthing Center, and Emergency Services. The role requires current Iowa RN licensure, ACLS/PALS within one year, BLS, and ability to work a 7:00pm–7:00am full-time schedule.

A $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, assess patient needs, document care, and participate in discharge planning while upholding Mahaska Health Partnership

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse in Iowa.
• ACLS and PALS certifications required within one year of hire.
• BLS current per American Heart Association.
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Able to work in Inpatient Services/Critical Care, Birthing Center, and Emergency Services.

Responsabilités

• Deliver patient care using the nursing process.
• Coordinate education and activities of interdisciplinary staff.
• Assess and document physical, psychological, spiritual, and social needs.
• Prepare, administer, and document medications and IV therapies.
• Discharge planning and family education.
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance with Mahaska Health policies.
