Ann’s Choice by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to promote and maintain residents’ health and well-being. You will collaborate with providers and the interdisciplinary team to deliver physical and psychosocial support, placing residents first.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience as an RN.
• Experience caring for seniors or cognitive impairment preferred.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office; EMR experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop relationships with residents and families, supporting physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Perform clinical duties in accordance with state nurse practice act and standards of care.
• Promote independence by educating residents and families on condition, medications, and self-care.
• Monitor resident condition and respond to changes to ensure comfort and safety.
• Collaborate with care team to deliver routine nursing care as needed.
• Maintain infection prevention, administer medications, and perform treatments.
• Coordinate holistic care plans with interdisciplinary team.
• Document care in residents' EMR accurately and timely.
• Participate in care conferences as requested by Clinical Manager.
