Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Iowa RN license.

Responsibilities

• Perform admission assessments and document findings.
• Develop and update individualized care plans on admission.
• Provide age-appropriate nursing care and patient education.
• Coordinate care with health team to ensure standards of practice.
• Respond to emergencies with appropriate nursing interventions.
