Job summary

MaineHealth Accountable Care Organization is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse for the Westbrook, ME-based 24-hour week Adult Behavioral Health Unit. The RN will work evening shifts in a 24-bed general adult psychiatric unit, focusing on high-quality patient care and return-to-work strategies.

A $10,000 sign-on is offered for eligible RNs with 1-2 years of experience; $20,000 for more than 2 years of RN experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required; BSN preferred.
• Current state RN license required; BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient outcomes.
• Collaborate, delegate, and communicate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal care.
• Duties typical of an Acute Care RN in an adult behavioral health unit, including safety and coordination of care.

Education
