Job summary

Spring Harbor Hospital in Westbrook, ME seeks an experienced Registered Nurse II to join the Behavioral Health Float Pool. This full-time evening role floats across inpatient units, caring for patients from adults to children within a dynamic mental health environment.

Required RN license with BLS; one year of RN experience; BSN preferred. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is available for eligible RNs with 1–2 years of experience, and higher amounts for more experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing is required; BSN preferred.
• Current state RN license and BLS; ability to obtain additional certifications as needed.
• One year of RN experience required; float pool experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Float to inpatient units across age groups (Adults to Children).
• Provide high-quality patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Collaborate with healthcare team and adhere to department guidelines.
