Job summary

MaineHealth's Spring Harbor Hospital is seeking an RN for Acute Care on the Westbrook unit. This full-time night-shift position is open to new graduates and offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus for eligible RNs with 0-2 years of experience.

The RN will perform assessments, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient outcomes, collaborating with the care team to ensure high-quality care and successful transitions from hospital to community.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required.
• Current state RN license required; BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.
• New Grad or RN with less than 12 months experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of outcomes.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal care.
• Support and orient new staff as needed.
