Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the Admissions Department and cultivate the function as an integrated team.
• Implement the strategic plan of business development and marketing for admissions.
• Lead quality management related to crisis triage, evaluation, intake, and admission.
• Assign evaluations, intakes, or admissions based on requests and census.
• Conduct QA/QI programs for crisis triage, evaluation, intake, and admissions.
• Train and supervise staff; provide orientation and continuing education.
