Job summary

Genesiscareers in New Hampshire is seeking an Evening RN to join our long-term care team. This full-time position offers a $5k sign-on bonus and per diem: base pay plus $1 per hour; pay in lieu of benefits and shift diff is included in the pay range.

Under the supervision of the Nurse Manager, the RN delivers high-quality patient care, maintains accurate documentation, and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to optimize outcomes and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (ADN or BSN).
• Active RN license in the state of NH.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing preferred.
• Proficient in English (reading/writing/speaking).
• Must meet health screening requirements including TST.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic patient care, assessments, and care planning.
• Lead and delegate to LPNs and CNAs as appropriate.
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams to manage plans.
• Mentor new staff and support onboarding.
• Maintain accurate documentation in PCC and other systems.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and safety standards.
