Job summary

CareCore at Heritage in Minster, Ohio, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing long-term care team. We offer a supportive environment where your skills and dedication make a daily difference for residents.

Shifts are 6:00pm–6:00am full time with every 3rd weekend rotation; PRN also available. You will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, monitor health, document care, and support STNAs/CNAs while maintaining a resident-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio RN license in good standing.
• Experience with PointClickCare preferred but not required.
• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and the interdisciplinary team.
• Accurately document care and services provided.
• Support and supervise STNAs/CNAs as needed.
• Promote a positive, resident-centered environment.
