Job summary

American Senior Communities is seeking a Weekend Option Registered Nurse (RN) for Heritage Park in Indiana. The Night shift (6p-6a) covers Saturday and Sunday, offering meaningful resident care and opportunities to support physical and psychosocial well-being.

As an RN, you will assess residents, document changes, and collaborate with the care team to ensure high-quality care. C.A.R.E. values guide daily work and professional growth within the Amerian Senior Communities network.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Indiana.
• Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions.
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to residents during night shift.
• Observe, assess, and document health status and changes.
