Responsibilities

• Review job work instructions and set up the rewind machine (blades, cores, copy position).
• Operate the rewind machine to break large rolls into finished customer rolls.
• Verify labels, rolls, and core IDs for quality and accuracy.
• Perform splices by taping two rolls together and verify product IDs with supervisor sign-off.
• Place finished rolls in boxes and direct to shipping or stock areas; ensure IDs match.
