Job summary

NRI 3PL in Henderson, NV is seeking a Returns Clerk to organize and complete warranty, quality control, repairs and returns duties for products from active lifestyle clients.

Role requires 3+ months in Returns, proficiency with Outlook and Excel, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs while standing for extended periods. Training includes learning the warehouse management system (WMS) and adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ months of experience in the Returns department.
• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook and Excel.
• Must be able to read and comprehend English.

Responsibilities

• Process all returns promptly per client requirements.
• Input returns information into the system.
• Communicate with clients via email and reporting.
• Quality control on returns and warranty claims.
• Follow safety rules, procedures and SOPs.
• Keep work and storage areas safe, clean and tidy.
• Performs other duties as requested.
