Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Clear communication required in customer interactions.
• Able and willing to lift and stock inventory up to 50 pounds.
• Be reliable, punctual and accountable.
• Coachable and able to follow directions.
• Able to stand for the duration of shift and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service and engage with guests to ensure a positive experience.
• Support food service, merchandising, and promotions as part of a fast-paced team.
• Resolve guest questions and problems, communicating solutions effectively.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in all areas of the store.
• Operate the cash register, stock shelves, and assist with promotions as needed.
