Qualifications

• 18+ age requirement.
• Clear communication skills required.
• Able to lift and stock inventory up to 50 pounds.
• Accountable and reliable.
• Punctual and team-first attitude.
• Coachable and able to stand for long shifts.
• Able to perform basic math.

Responsabilités

• Welcome and assist guests, building relationships and ensuring service excellence.
• Prepare, sell, or help guests find food items with focus on quality and safety.
• Resolve guest issues and communicate improvements to teammates.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and brand-compliant environment.
• Operate cash register, stock shelves, and assist with promotions.
• Support Made to Order program and enroll guests in loyalty programs.
• Cross-train across multiple roles as shifts require.
