Job summary

Work World is seeking a motivated Retail Sales Associate in Shoreline, WA for an evening part-time role. You’ll engage customers, answer questions, process transactions, and maintain store presentation to support daily sales goals.

The position requires evening, weekend, and holiday availability, a high school diploma or GED, and strong communication and math skills. Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred, bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with helpful information about store products and services.
• Assist customers with questions and requests both in person and over the phone.
• Welcome and support customers with friendly and professional service.
• Help maintain stock levels and replenish merchandise as needed.
• Process sales transactions accurately, including payments and receipt distribution.
• Label merchandise and ensure pricing is displayed correctly.
• Support the team in achieving daily sales objectives.
