Job summary

Whistle Workwear of Tacoma, Llc is seeking a motivated Retail Team Member for our Shoreline, WA location. This part‑time evening role offers a starting wage of $17.13 to $19.00 per hour based on experience and DOE, with benefits like paid sick time and generous employee discounts.

You will assist customers, answer questions, stock and price merchandise, and process sales while maintaining a friendly, professional store environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Strong communication, customer service, and basic math skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain a professional appearance.
• Sales experience and bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with helpful information about store products and services.
• Assist customers with questions and requests both in person and over the phone.
• Welcome and support customers with friendly and professional service.
• Help maintain stock levels and replenish merchandise as needed.
• Process sales transactions accurately, including payments and receipt distribution.
• Label merchandise and ensure pricing is displayed correctly.
• Support the team in achieving daily sales objectives.
