Job summary

Whistle Workwear of Tacoma, Llc in Bellingham, WA is seeking a part-time Retail Team Member for evening shifts to assist customers, answer questions, and process sales with accuracy. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Sales experience and bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with helpful information about store products and services.
• Assist customers with questions and requests both in person and over the phone.
• Welcome and support customers with friendly and professional service.
• Help maintain stock levels and replenish merchandise as needed.
• Process sales transactions accurately, including payments and receipt distribution.
• Label merchandise and ensure pricing is displayed correctly.
• Support the team in achieving daily sales objectives.
