Job summary

Valor Hospitality is seeking a Restaurant Server to deliver prompt and courteous food and beverage service from 4pm to 11pm. You will greet guests, take orders, serve meals, memorize daily specials, and ensure accuracy of checks while maintaining a pristine dining area.

Qualifications include a high school education or equivalent, 3–6 months in a food/beverage setting, and ability to lift 20–40 lbs with good English communication. Training and uniform provision are provided.

Qualifications

• Education: High school education or equivalent experience.
• Experience: Three - six months in a food/beverage services environment or establishment.
• Skills and Abilities: Vision ability to clearly see detailed checks, operate POS, read instructions; manual coordination to handle trays; ability to read, speak and understand English; ability to lift 20-40 lbs; stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet and take food and drink orders, serve orders, accommodate special requests.
• Maintain cleanliness of restaurant, wait-station, and kitchen areas.
• Memorize menu items and daily specials; answer questions and make recommendations.
• Ensure accurate guest checks and payments; handle transactions securely.
• Attend pre-meal and departmental meetings to enhance product knowledge and service quality.
