Job summary

Valor Hospitality Partners is seeking a Restaurant Server to deliver prompt, courteous food and beverage service in our dining venues. You will greet guests, take orders, and ensure a memorable experience while maintaining cleanliness and professionalism throughout shifts.

Education requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, with 3–6 months in food/beverage service. You must be able to lift 20–40 lbs and stand for long periods, while communicating clearly in English.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent experience.
• Three to six months in a food/beverage services environment.
• Must be able to lift and carry 20–40 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Must read, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take orders, serving promptly with courtesy.
• Attend to guests throughout dining experience and uphold service standards.
• Memorize menu items and daily specials to answer questions.
• Maintain cleanliness in dining and service areas and follow health standards.
• Process payments accurately and document orders clearly.
• Participate in pre-meal and departmental meetings and communicate details.
• Present a clean, professional appearance and friendly demeanor.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
