Job summary

Care Plus Management is seeking an experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for the Lincoln Village Healthcare Center in Lincoln, IL. The Evening Supervisor will oversee the respiratory therapy department, ensuring clinical excellence and regulatory compliance for ventilator- and tracheostomy-dependent residents.

You will supervise RRT staff, coordinate with medical leadership, maintain licensure, and support education and quality initiatives.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential from NBRC.
• Valid Illinois state respiratory care practitioner license.
• Experience with ventilator and tracheostomy care, preferably in long-term care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee respiratory therapy services for residents with complex respiratory conditions.
• Ensure treatments and ventilator management follow physician orders and best practices.
• Collaborate with Medical Director, Pulmonologist, and nursing leadership on respiratory care plans.
• Supervise, schedule, and evaluate Respiratory Therapists.
• Maintain licensure and competencies for respiratory staff.
• Provide orientation and ongoing education for staff.
• Monitor staff-to-resident ratios for safety and quality.
