Job summary

Requirements include being 18+, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to complete trainings such as First Aid, CPR, CPI.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to pass required trainings including First Aid, CPR, CPI.
• Valid Georgia drivers license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision, instruction, encouragement and reinforcement to individuals served.
• Document daily progress notes and ISP goals.
• Monitor behavior and mental status; notify Program Manager of changes.
• Assist with daily living skills: cooking, cleaning, medication administration, transportation.
• Establish rapport with individuals, family and supports.
