Job summary

The Arc Ocean County Chapter is seeking an experienced residential services professional to lead the evening operation at Barnegat and Lacey homes serving adults with IDD. You will provide direction to Direct Support Professionals and coordinate the needs of the home alongside the Residential Program Manager.

This role emphasizes leadership, mentorship, and hands-on involvement in daily operations, ensuring safe, supportive environments, individualized goals, and compliant documentation while

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two+ years of residential experience supporting individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
• Valid New Jersey driver's license with no more than five (5) points.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to supervise employees while fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and adjust schedules based on operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead evening operations and supervise Direct Support Professionals.
• Coordinate daily residential operations with the Residential Program Manager.
• Maintain a safe, welcoming home and support residents' goals.
• Assist with onboarding, scheduling, and shift coverage.
