Sheppard Pratt Rehabilitation Specialist position in Timonium Residential Services involves direct care in a residential setting for individuals with serious mental illness. You will work evenings, provide a safe and therapeutic environment, and support clients toward independent living and recovery.

Responsibilities include medication adherence, coordinating with the care team, and transporting clients to appointments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Driver’s license with 3 points or less and access to insured vehicle.
• Willingness to obtain additional certifications and trainings as required.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct care in a residential setting and work one-on-one with clients.
• Ensure medication compliance, safety, dosage, and cleanliness.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to implement individual service plans.
• Provide transportation to medical appointments and document follow-up instructions.
• Build rapport with clients and advocate for their needs within the program.
