• Implement Recovery‑Oriented Cognitive Therapy (CT‑R).
• Conduct hands‑on staff training and skills development during evening shifts.

Crisis intervention

Education

Master’s or doctoral degree in social work, psychology, counseling

Qualified Mental Health Provider (QMHP) status in Missouri
