Job summary

Midwest Recovery Centers is seeking a Full Time Night Shift Residential Mental Health Technician in Kansas City, MO. The role supports residents in a safe, therapeutic environment, working with a multidisciplinary team to implement treatment plans and promote recovery.

The shift runs 6 PM to 6 AM, with a 36-hour week. You will monitor residents, assist with individualized plans, lead group activities, document progress, and perform daily cleaning duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working in a mental health or residential detox care setting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support residents in daily activities, ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Assist in the implementation of individualized treatment plans and therapeutic interventions.

Minimum Qualifications:
