Job summary

Portside at Grande Dunes is seeking a part-time Concierge Specialist for weekend nights (7:00pm–7:00am, Saturdays and Sundays). You will answer calls, greet residents, coordinate services, and provide administrative support to maintain a welcoming community.

Prior office or hospitality experience and strong customer service are preferred, along with solid computer skills and English proficiency. The role emphasizes professional appearance, confidentiality, and teamwork within a resident-centered

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• General office procedures experience; proficient with Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook, and related software.
• One year of office or hospitality experience preferred.
• Must read, write and speak English.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming telephone calls promptly and route messages.
• Greet visitors and sign in guests; direct as needed.
• Provide information and assistance to residents and guests; coordinate services.
• Assist Wellness Director with appointments and scheduling.
• Maintain lobby, mailboxes, and reception area in professional condition.
• Provide administrative support: typing, filing, report preparation, scheduling, vendor coordination.
• Schedule work orders and coordinate with Maintenance/Housekeeping.
• Assist with recruitment activities by placing ads and screening applicants.
• Keep inventories of supplies and assist with ordering.
• Identify and report unsafe conditions to supervisor.
