Diamond Willow Assisted Living is hiring an Evening Resident Assistant for Duluth, MN. Join a compassionate team caring for residents in an Assisted Living and Memory Care setting. Flexible shifts include 2:30 PM–10:30 PM and opportunity to support daily activities, mobility, meals, and personal care.

Formación

• MUST PASS a DHS background Study
• Ability to perform tasks with a supportive, dignified environment for aging population
• Applicants must be 18+; under 18 only if CNA license per regs

Responsabilidades

• Toileting and bathing assistance
• Dressing and grooming
• Feeding assistance
• Management of dementia-related behaviors
• Transfer and mobility assistance (including use of mechanical lifts)
• Medication administration and treatments
• End of life care
• Meal preparation
• Activities
• Daily housekeeping and laundry
