Job summary

Diamond Willow Assisted Living & Memory Care is seeking an Evening Resident Assistant to support residents with daily care needs in a compassionate, home-like setting in Duluth, MN. The role involves assisting with bathing, dressing, feeding, mobility, medications, and activities throughout evening shifts.

Expect flexible scheduling (full-time or part-time options) and a focus on dignified, person-centered care.

Qualifications

• Must pass a DHS background check
• Availability for evening shifts and flexible scheduling may be required
• 18 years of age or older; CNA license allowed for under-18 applicants

Responsibilities

• Toileting and Bathing
• Dressing and Grooming
• Feeding Assistance
• Management of dementia-related behaviors
• Transfer and Mobility assistance (including use of mechanical lifts)
• Medication administration and treatments
• End of life care
• Meal preparation
• Activities
• Daily housekeeping and laundry
