Job summary

Diamond Willow Assisted Living & Memory Care in Duluth, MN is seeking an Evening Resident Assistant to support residents with daily activities and care needs. The role emphasizes compassionate, dignified care in a home-like setting and requires flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow care plans and provide dignity in daily activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with toileting, bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
• Manage dementia-related behaviors with patience and respect.
• Assist with transfers and mobility, including use of mechanical lifts.
• Administer medications and treatments per care plan.
• Provide end-of-life care with compassion and sensitivity.
• Support meal preparation, activities, and daily housekeeping & laundry.
