Job summary

Benedictine Living Community-Shakopee Windermere Way is seeking part-time Resident Assistants (CNA/RA) for evening shifts (2:30pm - 10:45pm) in Shakopee, MN. You will assist residents with daily living activities, maintain a safe environment, and document observations.

Ideal candidates complete medication administration training, communicate effectively, and demonstrate the ability to multitask and prioritize. BLS certification is required; weekend rotation is every other weekend.

Qualifications

• Must complete and maintain assigned medication administration training program and competencies.
• Must be 18+ to operate lift equipment per statute.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks independently.
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• The Resident Assistant (RA) supports residents with daily living activities and helps maintain their personal environment.
• The Resident Assistant (RA) provides observation and documentation.
• The Resident Assistant (RA) assists with onboarding of new Associates.
