Job summary

Benedictine Living Community-Shakopee St. Gertrudes is seeking a Resident Assistant (RA) to support residents with activities of daily living and maintain their personal environment.

You will also observe, document, and assist with onboarding new Associates in a compassionate, patient-centered team. The role emphasizes engagement, timely communication, and reliable attention to resident needs, with shifts including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must complete and maintain assigned medication administration training program and competencies.
• Must be 18 to operate lift equipment per statue.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks independently.
• Have excellent communication skills and be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
