Job summary

Good Samaritan Society in Olathe, KS, is hiring for a full-time Caregiver/Nursing role. The position provides care to residents in a safe, caring environment, with evening shifts and 40 hours per week. You will assist with meals, personal needs, and maintaining a respectful, supportive atmosphere in a faith-based setting.

Qualifications

• Lift equipment may require minimum state age.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to residents in a safe, efficient manner according to location standards and individualized resident care plans.
• Assist residents with outerwear or shoes as needed and maintain pleasant dining atmosphere.
• Document care provided and observe/report residents' conditions to appropriate staff.
• Support residents' spiritual needs and social interactions with staff, family and other residents.
• Maintain residents' privacy, dignity and confidentiality of personal information.
