Job summary

Good Samaritan in Olathe, KS, seeks a compassionate Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide resident-centered care in an assisted living environment under the supervision of a charge nurse.

Responsibilities include basic health tasks, daily living activities, vital signs, and documentation. Evening, part-time role with rotating weekends/holidays; CNA certification and GED/high school diploma required; prior CNA experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.
• Minimum age 16 with valid work eligibility.
• Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience preferred.
• Must follow infection prevention and PPE guidelines.
• Evening, weekends and holidays shifts may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing and mobility.
• Record vital signs and report changes to charge nurse.
• Assist with meals and feeding as needed.
• Maintain documentation and comply with safety protocols.
