Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in personal care home, assisted living, healthcare, or senior living preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and maintain professional confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide ADL assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility) to residents per care plans.
• Promote resident independence, dignity, privacy and comfort.
• Document care accurately and communicate with supervisors and care team.
• Respond promptly to call bells, emergencies, and requests for assistance.
• Assist with resident activities, engagement programs, and social interaction.
