Job summary

Trinity Health’s Marjorie Doyle Rockwell Center is seeking an Evening Shift Resident Assistant to support residents in a memory care setting. The role includes helping with daily activities, medications under supervision, and promoting independence in a small, home-like community.

Qualifications

• Patience, empathy and a genuine desire to help others.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in senior care is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing and mobility.
• Assist residents with medications as needed and monitor safety.
• Encourage independence and dignity, and support light housekeeping and meal service.
• Participate in team meetings and communicate with coworkers and supervisors.
• Build meaningful relationships and provide respectful, compassionate care.
