Qualifications

• High school diploma or its equivalent.
• Prior hospitality experience preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Experience with hotel PMS systems a plus (OPERA, OnQ).

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from prospective guests in a friendly and timely manner.
• Provide information on availability, room types, rates, and assign reservations accordingly.
• Input and retrieve data using a computer reservation system and use codes for efficiency.
• Answer questions about facilities, services, local attractions, and policies.
• Review materials related to group reservations and property updates.
• Handle complaints tactfully and negotiate alternatives if needed.
• Generate reports and retrieve forms from the system.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
