Virginia Mennonite Retirement Community, Inc. is seeking a Registered Medication Aide for the evening shift in Harrisonburg, VA. Responsibilities include assisting residents with daily living activities and providing 24-hour supervision as needed.

Qualifications include Virginia CNA license or equivalent certification, ability to obtain Virginia Medication Administration license within 90 days, CPR/First-Aid, and strong communication in English. Full-time schedule with benefits starting day one.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Must hold one of the licenses/certifications listed or be eligible within probation period.
• CPR and First-Aid certification or obtain within 60 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living and daily routines.
• Support residents who require 24-hour supervision and encourage independence.
• Intervene in routine and emergency situations and communicate clearly with residents and families.

Education
