Job summary

Sunnyside Retirement Community in Harrisonburg, VA seeks Registered Medication Aides (RMAs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our Assisted Living team. Starting pay varies with skills and experience; on-site duties include medication administration, ADLs, and compassionate resident care.

Qualifications

• Active Medication Aide Licensure and CNA licensure in Virginia.
• Ability to accurately document resident care.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications safely and in line with regulations.
• Assist residents with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and dining.
• Document resident care with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Build genuine relationships with residents and provide compassionate care.
• Maintain a clean, safe, home-like environment.
• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals, families, and residents.
