Job summary

Catholic Charities Worcester County is seeking a full-time Recovery Specialist for evening shifts (Sundays - Thursdays, 3 pm - 11 pm) at Crozier House in Worcester, MA. The role supports residents, ensures program conformance, and helps sustain daily operations within a trauma- and gender-informed framework.

Requirements include CPR-First Aid and Narcan training, plus knowledge of substance abuse and human services. Various shifts, including weekends, are available.

Qualifications

• CPR and First Aid certification required.
• Overdose prevention and Narcan training required.
• Experience in human services with substance use awareness preferred.

Responsibilities
