Job summary

Red River Recovery Center in Dilworth, MN seeks a Temporary Evening Recovery Support Specialist to join our residential treatment team. This seven-week assignment runs Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM, with no weekends.

There is an opportunity to transition into a permanent full-time day-shift position after the temporary period, providing a stable, long-term role in a compassionate, recovery-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to establish professional boundaries.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills including Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support and supervision to clients in the residential setting.
• Help clients follow daily schedules and program routines.
• Complete regular client check-ins and communicate concerns to staff.
• Document client interactions, concerns, progress and incidents as required.
• Assist with evening programming and residential routines.
• Answer phones and help with basic administrative duties.
• Monitor common areas and maintain a respectful environment.
