Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience working with individuals in recovery from drug or alcohol addiction preferred.
• Valid MA driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Helps clients reach personal goals and track milestones in recovery.
• Collaborates with Clinical Supervisor to monitor client progress.
• Monitors building and grounds.
• Performs searches of client belongings on admission and discharge as directed.
• Completes checklists and documents shift records per agency policies.
