Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a healthcare or human services setting is desirable but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and encouragement to clients throughout their detox and residential treatment experience.
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients, ensuring adherence to facility policies and procedures.
• Help facilitate therapeutic sessions and recreational activities.
• Complete shift reports for the clinical team.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure the overall effectiveness of the treatment program.
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and development opportunities as required.
