High Point & Affiliated Organizations is seeking a Recovery Specialist for the New Bedford, MA program. This part-time evening role supports Transitional Support Services, with a 32-hour work week and shift from Sunday to Wednesday, 3pm-11:30pm, on-site at New Bedford, MA 02740, USA.

Education required is a High School diploma or GED. The program focuses on bridging detox and step-down services, offering comprehensive care and community-based support in Southeastern Massachusetts.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• CPR certification required.
• Confidentiality training per 42 CFR Part2 and 45 CFR Part 160/164 HIPAA.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Federal Regulations regarding 42 CFR Part 2 and HIPAA.
• Log shift assignments at shift start and maintain hourly patient status notes in EHR.
• Monitor milieu to ensure safe, clean, therapeutic environment.
• Maintain therapeutic boundaries and enforce rules respectfully.
• Perform room inspections and bag searches as directed.
• Keep unit neat, restock supplies, and support staff during shifts.
