Job summary

High Point & Affiliated Organizations seeks an Evening Recovery Specialist for our Plymouth, MA campus. This on-site role supports individuals in a structured setting on the 3pm-11pm shift. Compensation starts at $21 per hour, with a range up to $26 depending on experience and education.

The Recovery Specialist will assist with daily activities, ensure safety, document in the EHR hourly, and participate in supervision and mandatory meetings. A high school diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and adheres to shift assignments; document status hourly in EHR
• Monitor milieu and ensure a safe, therapeutic environment hourly
• Respond to crises with de-escalation; maintain therapeutic boundaries
• Perform room inspections and end-of-shift duties; restock supplies
• Attend supervision and mandatory meetings; perform other duties as assigned
• Escort patients within the facility and assist with activities per schedule
• Complete admissions and EHR processes; monitor medication administration
• Engage in group activities and milieu engagement per daily schedule
