King Manor Care and Rehabilitation Center is seeking an Evening Receptionist to manage the switchboard, greet visitors, and assist with clerical duties. The role supports residents and families with a caring, professional approach in a healthcare setting.

Qualifikationen

• High school degree or equivalent; college/business coursework preferred.
• Experience with medical terminology is preferred.
• Must be able to read, write and understand English.

Aufgaben

• Prepares timecards and distributes them to appropriate departments.
• Collate medical charts.
• Orders supplies in accordance with procedures and budget allocations.
• Compiles reports and types general or technical material.
• Maintains current list of residents by name and room number, list of telephone numbers for all personnel, list of department extensions, names of key personnel and their extension numbers, physician kardex, and mail cards.
• Coordinates outgoing and incoming mail to facility.
• Ensures that residents and families receive the highest quality of service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere which recognizes the individuals’ needs and rights.
• Performs other duties as requested.
