Job summary

BODY20 is seeking a friendly, outgoing Studio Receptionist & Member Experience Specialist to be the face of our studio. You’ll greet members, build relationships, schedule appointments, and assist with member accounts while driving social media content and community events.

Ideal candidates are energetic, highly organized, and excited about health and fitness. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing brand and enjoy a complimentary BODY20 membership.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in hospitality, retail, customer service, fitness, or sales.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
• Available to work evenings and weekends: Mon–Thu 3:00 PM–7:30 PM; Saturdays 7:00 AM–12:30 PM.
• Ability to participate in 1–2 BODY20 workouts per week to share personal experience with members.

• Creating 2–3 engaging social media posts each week.
• Assisting with content for our monthly email newsletter.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming studio.

This isn't your typical front desk position. You'll build relationships with members, introduce new clients to BODY20, support studio events, create social media content, and help grow one of the fastest-growing fitness brands in the country.

What You'll Do

As the first and last person our members see each day, you'll help create an exceptional studio experience by:
