Qualifications

Position Overview

As a BODY20 Receptionist, you will be part of a dynamic team that positively affects the lives of studio members and staff on a daily basis! You will be an integral part of the success of a fast‑paced fitness studio by providing best‑in‑class customer experiences while building relationships with BODY20 members and the community.

Responsibilities

• Greet all clients, prospects and employees in a warm and welcoming manner
• Provide superior customer service to current members and prospects
• Check members in, schedule appointments and answer membership questions
• Work as a team player to help grow the member base of the studio through sales and onboarding new members.
• Generate a monthly event calendar and participate in community events to promote the BODY20 brand
• Create 3-5 social media posts per month
• Attend 1-2 outside events per month

Requirements

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in fitness, hospitality or customer service
• Saturday availability (7am-1pm)
• Ability to take 1-2 BODY20 sessions per week to effectively describe the workout to prospective clients
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Enthusiastic, energetic, personable, and friendly
• Passion for health and wellness
• Strong Follow‑up and organizational skills
