Job summary

Advance Services Inc. is seeking an experienced Standup Reach Truck Operator to join a fast-paced warehouse team in Fargo, ND. This role operates a reach truck to move, store, stack, retrieve, and transport products while maintaining safety and accuracy. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 4:30p–1a, with pay of $22.50/hr.

You will perform inspections, load/unload, and prepare orders for shipment, using RF scanners and basic computer tools to ensure inventory integrity and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of Reach Truck operating experience.
• Ability to obtain and pass reach truck certification.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use warehouse scanning equipment.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate a reach truck in warehouse storage and distribution areas.
• Complete daily equipment inspections and required documentation.
• Load, unload, move, stack, and store products in designated locations.
• Retrieve products from elevated rack locations and replenish inventory as needed.
• Pull and prepare orders for shipment.
• Verify product quantities and ensure order accuracy.
• Use RF scanners to track inventory and maintain accuracy.
• Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory activities.
• Rotate inventory according to procedures.
• Report inventory discrepancies, equipment issues, and safety concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe work environment.
